Welcome to Corbit Knives!  My name is Jerry Corbit and I am a part-time maker from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. My interest in Custom Knifemaking began in 1991.  I initially made fixed bladed hunting knives, but many years ago I focused entirely on Folding Knives.  Liner Locks are my specialty.  Much of my knowledge and success was influenced by Custom Makers Lee Gene Baskett and Harold J. "Kit" Carson.  To both of them I owe my beginning in the Craft.

This page illustrates the styles of knives I routinely make, but since each knife is truly hand made, with only the most basic of tools and machines, there are many variables available in each style.  I am always happy to work with an individual on any ideas or designs they have in mind.

Like everything else here at Corbit Knives, Business Cards, Brochures, etc., this page is also done by us and we try to keep it updated with the Model's/Style's I am  currently working with.  For availability or order you can contact me.
